How team access works

Buy the pass

Choose how many seats you need, pay for the year, and name your group. The person who buys becomes the group admin.

Invite your team

Share one invite link or paste a list of email addresses. Each person creates a login and gets full access immediately.

Reassign seats as people change

From your admin dashboard, remove someone who's moved on and invite their replacement. The seat stays with your organization.

Why not just buy individual All-Access Passes?

You can, if everyone pays for their own. The Team Access Pass adds what individual passes can't: one payment, an invite link, a roster, and seats that stay with your organization when someone leaves.

How does billing work?

$12.99 per seat, per year, paid up front for the seats you choose. Your pass runs for twelve months; we'll email you before it ends and you can renew from your account page. Nothing renews without you.

Can we add seats later?

Yes. Contact us with your group name and how many more you need and we'll add them to your existing group. Need more than fifty? Get in touch and we'll set it up.

Does anyone need an Azure subscription?

No. Labs are guided simulations of the real portal and Windows Server interfaces. Nothing is deployed to a live tenant.
